We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in London. In this important new role, you will help drive our Group s continued growth and success. Working closely with our Senior Business Analyst and reporting to our Group Head of Architecture and Data you will work to define initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.
Support the production of solution designs including non-functional requirements through rigorous technical analysis
Develop and promote standard architectures, frameworks, and technology platforms for reuse
Provide technical architectural support at the front end of projects and continue to provide support as projects deliver, including interfacing between the business, IT and partners
Scope solutions for driving business process improvement
Understand our requirements for management information, data analytics and reporting, and provide solutions to meet these requirements
Work with our Brands' team to understand their requirements
Work with our EA to clarify and help design solutions
A degree in computer science or IT-related subject, with a professional background in Business Analysis
Experienced in balancing BAU service delivery with project requirements
Experience of supporting customisation and application development in IT systems
Excellent knowledge and experience relating to UI design and UX
Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment
Experience creating technical designs using tools such as Visio, Lucid charts, etc.
