We are looking for a Pension and Benefits Co-ordinator to join our People Team based in London to support the daily administration of our Group benefits provision.
Reporting to our Head of HR Operations, your main remit is to develop relationships across the People function, business stakeholders and our benefits partners, and contribute to the continuous improvement of initiatives that support the wider People Strategy.
Manage the daily administration of employee benefits schemes including membership additions, deletions and general amendments
Maintain and continually improve our benefits platform, including reporting and updating benefits content
Liaise with payroll team to administer monthly payroll changes
Update relevant pensions administration databases and systems in line with monthly payroll cycle
Perform various administration tasks in respect of the Group pension scheme e.g., handling of new entrants, leavers, retirements and transfers
Develop knowledge of the Group pension and its associated rules
Be the key point of contact for employee benefits and pension queries
Liaise with finance to process invoices and provide supplementary backup
Be the key liaison in the preparation of Group annual p11d reporting
Manage the administration of the benefit renewal process
Ensure smooth inception of new schemes
Liaise with insurers to resolve claims & membership issues
Work with our Brands (internal businesses) in gathering feedback to facilitate quality process improvements
Maintain good working knowledge of healthcare market & employee benefits products
Support the People Team with other Group projects
Experience in a similar role and demonstrating exceptional levels of discretion and confidentiality
Knowledge of employee benefits programmes and regulations
Proficiency in benefit administration systems
A passion for impeccable client service delivery
Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills
Stakeholder management experience
