Job Description:
As a CNC Turner specializing in Mori controls, you will play a pivotal role in crafting precision components that meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include operating and programming CNC turning machines equipped with Mori controls, ensuring the production of top-tier products.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines with Mori controls.
- Interpret engineering drawings and program CNC machines accordingly.
- Select, install, and adjust cutting tools and fixtures for optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished components to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Collaborate closely with team members to improve production efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
