CNC Miller

We are currently looking for CNC Millers for a client based in Fife.

As a CNC Miller with expertise in Fanuc 3-Axis machining, you will play a pivotal role in producing precision components that meet our clients exact specifications. You will operate and program CNC milling machines, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Fanuc 3-Axis CNC milling machines.
  
• Interpret engineering drawings and program CNC machines accordingly.
  
• Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.
  
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances and quality.
  
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
  
• Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality.
  
• Work closely with team members to optimize production processes.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  

Requirements

  Proven experience operating and programming Fanuc 3-Axis CNC milling machines.
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tool selection.
