Job Description

East Bay-based client is seeking a temp-hire Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with the company's AR operations. This is a hybrid role with an hourly pay rate of up to $36/hour, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening, please attach your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurately prepare invoice packages as needed
  • Review all customer aging reports to ensure all receivables are collected timely
  • Monitor outstanding invoices
  • Interact with customers/clients to resolve outstanding payment issues
  • Resolve any unfulfilled contracts, payments and/or invoices
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Construction industry experience required
  • Experience using Vista or Procontractor software is a plus
  • Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
