National Sales Manager
Full remote - HQ upper Midwest area
The client company is experiencing major growth in the specialty foods group arena and in a position to place a new role of national sales manager to lead their team. This position reports directly to the COO and is based in the upper Midwest area with a full remote opportunity. This is a highly visible role allowing you to shape the company and sales team for continued growth and success. Viable candidates must have experience at HQ level sales of specialty foods in major retail grocery chains along with sales team management experience.
Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
7-10+ years results-oriented sales management experience leading a team in the specialty food industry on a local, regional and national level.
3+ years progressive sales experience in HQ and store level managing merchandising teams.
Demonstrated CPG and merchandising experience.
Strong knowledge of promotion techniques, pricing policies, distribution channels, and public relations.
