Role overview

As a Digital Analyst at Brandwidth, you will help shape our clients' digital strategies by harnessing the power of web analytics. You will develop and lead web analytics strategies, collect empirical data, create insightful reporting dashboards, implement tagging plans, and conduct multivariate testing to enhance digital performance.

You will be reporting to the Head Of Analytics Team.


As a Digital Analyst at Brandwidth, you will:

  • Develop and lead web analytics strategies, identifying opportunities for enhancing client web analytics implementations. Present your findings and recommendations to senior client partners.
  • Use a range of tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square, to collect empirical data that informs relevant insights.
  • Create reporting dashboards using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio, ensuring that data is presented in an easily comprehensible and actionable format.
  • Develop tagging plans to capture all relevant data required for analysis. Implement tagging using tools like Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
  • Propose and build multivariate testing plans and set up experiments within optimisation platforms to enhance digital performance.

You will bring:

  • 2 years of experience as an analyst, working with clients across diverse sectors and platforms.
  • Experience using Google or Adobe Analytics and Tag Managers for data collection and analysis.
  • The ability to create comprehensive 360-degree data-driven strategies aligned with focused KPIs that reflect the interconnected nature of clients' digital ecosystems and goals.
  • Experience in building, scrutinising, and visualising results within platforms, with an emphasis on expertise in Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is desirable and can be considered an asset.
