About the Role

As a Client Success Executive, you will work closely with our Client Services Team to ensure the success and satisfaction of our global customer base. Reporting to the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for addressing client needs, delivering exceptional support, and building strong relationships with our customers, positively representing both the CTS and Tiger Eye brands in all communications. As an active member of the Client Services Team, you will also assist with relevant communications and administrative tasks, working closely with other departments to ensure successful service delivery. Occasional travel is required for on-site client visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement - Provide proactive support to clients to ensure they are maximising the value of our products and services.
  • Account Management - Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, taking ownership of queries.
  • Client Success Planning - Collaborate with clients to develop and execute client success plans, aligning their business goals with product or service capabilities.
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress towards their desired business outcomes, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, escalating critical issues to the appropriate internal teams to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the wider competitive landscape, sharing relevant insights with the team and our clients to inform strategic decisions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree (ideally in a relevant discipline).
  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Good numeracy skills.

What we can offer you.

This hybrid working role will require the successful candidate to work two days a week from our Norwich office.

  • Salary: Up to 26,000 per annum D.O.E.
  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm. Hybrid working (2 days per week in our Norwich Office).
