About the Nursing Home:
This cozy Nursing Home caters to adults with Dementia, Mental Health Conditions, Old Age, and Physical Disabilities. Specialized units provide care to residents 24/7 in a secure and sanitary environment. Residents enjoy the freedom to pursue their interests and hobbies within the home or in the local community.
The responsibilities of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) in the Nursing Home include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of care, well-being, and safety for all residents.
- Conducting physical and psychological assessments for new admissions.
- Developing personalized care plans for residents.
- Daily updates to care plans.
- Safe administration and documentation of medications.
- Effective collaboration with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Monitoring and enhancing the performance of the care staff.
- Ensuring efficient staff schedules.
- Using a person-centered approach to understand and meet each individuals needs while upholding privacy, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN) is essential.
- Active PIN or awaiting NMC PIN.
- Clear DBS.
