Remote Customer Service Concierge

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and resolving issues related to their travel plans

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs

- Sell travel packages and upsell additional services to enhance customer experience

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service operations

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Mexico

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Passion for travel and helping others
