Staff Nurse (Night Shift) in Swansea
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Hourly Compensation: 19 per Hour

About Nursing Home:
At our facility, we offer residents a spacious lounge and a serene, fully enclosed garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere and a place of solace. Each bedroom is meticulously designed to prioritize both comfort and safety. Our warm and inviting decor creates a sense of belonging, making residents feel right at home. Our team is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care and support to every individual. We work collaboratively with a broader multidisciplinary team, including GPs, a Chiropodist, Dentists, Dietician, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for our residents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care during day shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of patient vital signs and medical histories.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to design and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Foster a secure and comforting patient environment.
- Contribute to clinical assessments and maintain precise documentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active NMC UK Pin or Pending.
- Clear DBS.
- Proven experience in a similar healthcare role.
- Proficiency in clinical skills and medical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- A commitment to a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
