Summary:
One of our exclusive partners is seeking Acute Rehab RNs to start with their organization immediately. This is a permanent job, and offers benefits. This position is also located in Nashua, NH.
This is a Baylor position (Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm shifts, get paid for 36 hours and only work 24!)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility exercises.
- Provide education to patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and expectations.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Associates degree required
- BLScertification
- Desired Experience:
- 1-3 years of nursing experience
