Our client in Mississauga is currently looking for an experienced Sales & Business Manager to join their leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for their operation, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in operations management (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position. A deep understanding of financial management is also a plus.

Sales & Business Manager Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge of Dental operations and Financials.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas while managing the territory within assigned expense budgets.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with both dealer reps and key customers by co-traveling and direct selling activities.
  • Attend trade shows and coordinate/conduct appropriate dealer training sessions.
  • Effectively uses CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
  • Work with Special Markets division to grow share within large group dental practices and institutional accounts.
  • Support internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Basic Financial Understanding and Reading of Financial Statements.
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Operations Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management.
