- Lead and oversee complex engineering projects from conception through successful completion, ensuring they meet technical standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and streamline operational efficiencies.
- Apply advanced engineering principles to design, modify, or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge and expertise to mentor junior engineers and provide guidance in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of resources and materials.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventative measures to ensure the longevity and functionality of machinery and equipment.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to remain abreast of industry advancements and maintain cutting-edge knowledge in engineering.
- Collaborate closely with the research and development team to conceptualize and develop new products or improvements to existing products based on market demands and trends.
