Ipsun Solar is seeking an Accounting Office Manager to join our dynamic team in the solar energy sector. The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and supporting various functional areas such as sales, finance, and HR. Facilitates key accounts receivable activities and works with multiple systems and applications to get work done.

Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to facilitate change orders within established parameters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions related to payments and technical assistance, including payment reminders and processing payments.
- Assist customers with financing options and guide them through the loan application process.
- Prepare necessary documentation for credit union interactions and obtain required signatures promptly.
- Manage loan documents and funding requests efficiently.
- Communicate information about Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs) and assist customers in understanding the process.
- Identify and resolve stalled projects, liaising with sales and shared services as necessary.
- Confirm projects are completed in full, with all payments received and punch list items addressed.
- Provide exceptional customer support, route incoming calls appropriately, and address inquiries effectively.
- Monitor and review accounts receivable reports, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and delays.
- Manage the relationship with Clean Energy Credit Union (CECU) and oversee the loan paperwork process.
- Support sales with financing-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate document records and ensure uploads to relevant platforms.
- Process and record weekly sales commissions using HubSpot and HRIS/Payroll systems.
- Administer access to company systems, including onboarding new employees and managing access termination.
- Contribute to special projects in various departments, such as accounting, HR, and marketing.
- Obtain and maintain necessary business licenses, including office space and county requirements.
- Complete panel warranty registrations and troubleshoot SREC registrations.
- Facilitate tracking and approvals for training needs, including NABCEP and OSHA.
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to customer service and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Prior accounting experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using various applications, including Google Suite, NetSuite, and Slack, with an ability to troubleshoot system errors.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Genuine interest in Renewable Energy and a passion for contributing to climate change solutions.
