Position Overview:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Fee Earner, you will play a pivotal role in our clients Commercial Property Team. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of commercial Landlord and Tenant work, including leases, agreements for leases, licences for alteration, licences to assign, and rent deposit deeds. You will also be involved in commercial property purchases and sales, refinancing, and providing property support on Company Commercial matters. Furthermore, this role will offer opportunities to engage in development work and site acquisitions, from initial stages through to disposition, involving conditional contracts, option agreements, overage agreements, and finance agreements.

Qualifications and Qualities:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:
  • **Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years PQE:** Whether youre a fresh graduate or a seasoned professional with up to 3 years of experience, we encourage you to apply.
  • **Positive Attitude:** Demonstrate a positive approach to working practices, including time recording, and embrace the firms Client Service Pledge.
  • **Team Player:** Be comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment, actively promoting the team and firms values.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in email, Word, Excel, and case management systems is essential.
  • **Communication and Drafting Skills:** Showcase excellent communication and drafting skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
  • **Commercial Acumen:** Possess a commercially-minded approach, with the ability to identify issues and offer practical and commercial solutions.
