Our client is a global player in the electrification and automation market. To assist them in their continued growth in the US market, we have been called on to assist them in identifying a Production Supervisor to support their local business.

Job Overview

The main mission of the Production Supervisor is to oversee overall Plant performance. Expectations are to be extremely efficient in utilizing resources and monitoring production lines.

Job Description

• Organizes, plans and monitors production to achieve defined objectives (Performance and Productivity)
• Ensures a good allocation of available resources
• Contributes to the improvement of the production process to improve productivity
• Ensures the flow of incoming material to feed production processes
• Ensures compliance with required lead times, orders and deliveries
• Organize the shipment of products according to procedure
• Action plan for continuous improvement
• Manages the training of production personnel
• Verify the correctness of the production data registration
• Monitor the trend of production data

The Ideal Candidate Profile

• BS degree preferred
• Production management experience
• Knowledge of production processes
• Excellent Leadership and Communication skills
• Conflict Management and Team Working
• Aptitude for Problem Solving
• Knowledge of Technical Drawing
• Use of MS Office Package
• Flexibility, and Adaptability

Candidate must show proof of US citizenship/visa/alien registration.
