Job Description

We are seeking to add a Clerical Data Entry/Coordinator to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, report preparation, customer contact, project scheduling.
Responsibilities:

  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Identify, review and resolve discrepancies in data received
  • Advise management of issues related to data and actions taken
  • Project scheduling
  • Customer contact

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Able to pass a background check, drug test

Full-time and Part-Time Option available
