Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a Remote GTM Systems Administrator to join a dynamic and driven team at a SaaS early-stage company based in Austin TX.


Drive operational efficiency and scalability by leveraging systems, processes, and technologies to ensure seamless execution and achieve quantifiable outcomes. This role will own the technical operations of managing the tech stack, ensuring data is flowing appropriately into, within, and out of Salesforce and adjacent systems. This individual will demonstrate a track record of effectively overseeing and enhancing existing operations while consistently striving for ongoing optimization and refinement of team workflows to maximize success. Your recommendations and solutions will serve as the catalyst for leaders to rethink our business practices, while your adept problem-solving skills will steer us toward efficient top-line growth.

How you will make your impact:

  • System Management: Manage and maintain our GTM systems and applications, ensuring their reliability and performance. This includes system configuration, customization, and integration with other internal systems [Salesforce, Hubspot, Gainsight].
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to GTM systems and processes.
  • Data Integration: Configure and maintain data interfaces between GTM systems to ensure parity and integrity for making data-driven decisions.
  • Audits: Regularly perform audits of our end user experience and internal technical operations within Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, offering actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Ticketing Systems: Establish and take ownership of the ticketing system, identify technical work requirements, and effectively prioritize and communicate task statuses to ensure swift and efficient issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the tech stack.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in GTM operations, preferably in a SaaS or software company where you built, maintained and owned technology systems.
  • Proficiency in GTM automation platforms and implementations is essential, with expertise in Salesforce. Familiarity with HubSpot and Gainsight is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to grow and improve in both individual and team capacities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into tech-enabled processes to develop innovative solutions
  • Self-starter and able to determine priorities with minimal supervision
