Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are looking for a part time Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager to run our comercial property accounting team.

The role:

• Manage the day to day accounting operations and month end close
• Maintaining records of company assets
• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
• Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of all ledgers, accounts, portfolios and balance sheets
• Handling taxes, budgeting,and general monthly expenses
• Managing deposits and reconciliations
• Ensuring accuracy of information concerning properties and tenants
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll in a timely manner
• Prepare financial statements and reports as requested by management
• Assist with month-end close procedures including reconciliation of general ledger accounts, reconciliations of prepaid expenses
• Experience with Skyline, Yardior commercial property software desired
• Experience with Excel and Word required
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in property accounting, with demonstrated progression in leadership roles.
