Third-shift Paint Manipulator

Paint Manipulator loads, unloads parts and adapters on jigs and unloads on and off the conveyor system using a manipulator.

Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

• Load the paint jigs, unload paint jigs
• Read and follow instructions and specifications in order to load, unload, and pack finished production in an accurate and timely manner with high quality
• May perform rework and secondary operations as required within production department parameters to meet customer requirements
• Gauge and / or inspect components and sub assemblies as required by control plan / work instructions
• Perform checks and audits on line as required by control plans to assure quality parts are being produced

Requirements :

Experience / Qualifications:

• 1 year experience working in manufacturing
• Must be able to work well individually and in a team environment
• Must score average or above on the color hue test when working in departments that work with colored products
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally to frequently
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Moderate level of mobility; ability to push, pull, and move product
• Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized
• At least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Demands:

• Arm manipulation is constant and essential
• Finger manipulation is constant and essential
• Must be able to stand the whole shift
• Frequent carrying, walking, lifting up to 30lbs, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, pulling, pushing
• Occasional lifting over 50 lbs and kneeling
• Constant standing, lifting up to 10 lbs, finger and arm manipulation
