Impact Home Services, located in Tampa, FL, is seeking a full time Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for a variety of duties supporting the Accounting department. This position is located within our Home Services Division and is in service to Mr. Rooter and Mr. Electric of Atlanta and Precision Door of Georgia.

Our Ideal Candidate will:
- Receive, and reconcile Purchase orders and vendor bills needed to accurately and post timely to the general ledger.
- Provide customized support for accounts payable related issues to external and internal customers.
- Analyze, review posted transactions to quickbooks online.
- Demonstrate the ability to timely pay Supplier bills to maximize discounts and minimize exposure to late fees or discontinued supplies or services.
- Will be responsible for invoice payable data entry for various entities and vendors

Experience:
- 2-4 years of demonstrating experience with high volume accounts payable and processing
- Home Repair accounting experience a plus
- Demonstrate high level of experience with Quickbooks Online
- Process a high volume of invoices and vendor payments per week.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
