Artsy is currently seeking a Collector Services Associate to play a critical role expanding our new Collector Sales business. This dynamic team has been formed to realise Artsy s mission of a more liquid secondary art market.

As the Collector Services Associate, you will be a crucial link between buyers and sellers across our gallery, auction, and collector network. You will close sales and ensure a smooth purchasing experience through both client and administrative support. This role presents a distinctive opportunity for an ambitious, tenacious, and client-focused individual to operate at the forefront of a swiftly evolving company. Our ideal candidate will be organised, comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, and interested in growing into a sales or business development role.

What You ll Do:

  • Use internal systems to identify and contact clients with possible sales opportunities
  • Call buyers and sellers to drive sales through Artsy s eCommerce tool
  • Provide administrative support to private transactions, including coordinating shipping and processing seller remittance
  • Manage the team s front line inboxes, including answering collector inquiries, and triaging requests to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist with streamlining operations across sales channels to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuasively engage clients over the phone and via email.
  • Proficiency in using internal systems and data to manage client interactions and sales leads.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You understand and can exercise the importance of discretion and handling sensitive customer information
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or art-related industries is a plus.
  • This role will be based in London.
  • You are currently authorized to live and work in London.
