Starting pay is $20/hr with raises up to $30/hr

40+ hours per week

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb up and down ladders on a regular basis
• Strong work ethic
• Some construction experience is nice to have

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and receive material

• Install flashing and properly seal all roof penetrations

• Assemble the racking and solar array

• Complete project clean up, including customer site and installation of vehicle

• Repair any roof damage, as needed

• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor

• Ensure each work area is cleaned from trash and debris

• Clean dirty equipment immediately after use

• Other duties as assigned
