Job Description

American Spray Technologies, an established industry leader manufacturer of construction equipment is looking to add a bilingual, dynamic inside sales representative to our team.

The ideal inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with distributor partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Preferred phone sales experience with an understanding of the construction industry.

Compensation:

  • Earn $85-100K in your first year (Base + bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy emphasis on relationship building via outbound phone calls
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, a plus
  • Maintain and expand our database of prospects
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly KPIs
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Support distributor partner efforts to build pipeline and close deals
  • Provide effective online product videos to prospects based on needs

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum phone sales experience
  • Spanish speaking
  • Must enjoy mining for new customers on the phone
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Required to fluently speak English and Spanish
  • Social media marketing (digital) experience a plus
  • Proven inside sales experience a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office
