Ability to improve store process

1. Verify store level transactions periodically to ensure zero deviation from defined procedure

2. Audit store inventory, regularly conduct physical stock verification (PSV) at the store level, report missing inventory & initiate suitable actions

3. Take a daily count of SKUs to tally system generated report with the inputs provided by store staff

4. Ensure revenue is booked as per defined procedure

5. Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure with the help of proper identification documents

9. Ensure POS system & master data is updated regularly

10. Develop weekly & monthly dashboards, provide monthly MIS & special reports to store manager as per requirement

11. Provide requisite support to the store staff during exhibitions / road shows / new product launch, prepare revenue reports for regional commercial team during such events

Requirements

• Availability of candidate in Texas with a valid visa
