• Responsible for planning and managing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing all maintenance contracts, managing resources, setting priorities, maintaining good customer relations, and assisting in the corrective/ preventive maintenance requests.
• Maintain and manage the relationship with clients, opening channels for new business opportunities; renewal of maintenance contracts and acquiring new maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with and guide the presales team in any projects pertaining warranty contracts throughout their process in terms of pricing, vendor selection and negotiation, selecting and designing the suitable solution.
• Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the LoB?s offering in warranty services.
• Submits the yearly plan for the maintenance department including the budget, the resources, the development, and the targets (responsibility to enhance maintenance annual revenues).
• To maintain the minimum spare stock that cover the maintenance contract and keep track of it for the reorder level.ÿ
• Keeps track of the monthly invoicing plan according to the client?s contract terms and conditions. The maintenance admin should assist in producing the invoice requests on the system.
