Treasury Project Manager
Day Rate: Competitive rate starting at 550 dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid
Duration: initial 3/6 month contract (Outside IR35)

The Role
As a Treasury Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and orchestrating Treasury initiatives for our esteemed clients. You will take ownership of the end-to-end project management process, from defining project scope to executing flawlessly within time and budget constraints.
Your Mission
- Financial Acumen: Bring your in-depth financial services expertise to the table, leveraging your accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA) and tenure within financial institutions to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients needs and goals.
- Navigating GL and Treasury Platforms: Be the maestro of General Ledger (GL) and Treasury platforms such as SUN, Oracle, OpenAccounts, Microsoft D365, SAP, Focus, FIS Quantum, Kyriba, and ION Treasury. Your practical experience with these platforms will be essential to steer projects effectively.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Stay one step ahead of regulatory changes, anticipating their impacts, and expertly adapting project strategies to ensure compliance and success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Master the art of stakeholder management, confidently engaging with board members, CFOs, and teams at all levels. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely will be a superpower.
- Change Management Expertise: Demonstrate your proven track record in change management, ensuring projects are meticulously documented and audit-ready for both internal and external reviews. Your expertise will be invaluable in aligning projects with internal and external standards
Requirements
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on Treasury projects
- Accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA) or equivalent
- Proficiency in General Ledger (GL) and Treasury platforms
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and their implications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and project documentation
