Compliance Project Manager

Day Rate: Competitive rate starting at 500 dependent on experience

Duration: initial 3/6 month contract (Outside IR35)

• Change Management: Lead the adoption of compliance changes across the organisation, ensuring seamless integration and adherence.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in compliance processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Sea-Worthy Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing compliance projects in the financial services industry.
  
• Regulatory Compass: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards, along with experience in compliance frameworks.
  
• Stellar Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  
• Audit Agility: Experience in preparing for and managing internal and external audits, maintaining a culture of compliance.
  
• Change Navigator: Proficient in change management, capable of guiding the organisation through regulatory changes with minimal disruption.
  
• Leadership Captaincy: Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and leading cross-functional teams towards compliance success.
