Identify and escalate urgent or complex patient issues to the appropriate channels within the company, following up to ensure timely resolution.

Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
