Job Description

Monitor the results generated by the Dental Monitoring AI system, reviewing and analyzing patient scans and treatment progress.
Verify patient compliance by evaluating the system-created messages and identifying any deviations or concerns.
Review and respond to patient messages received through the Dental Monitoring system, providing guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Ensure clear and accurate communication with patients, creating personalized responses when necessary.
Notify orthodontic offices of any issues or concerns identified during the monitoring process, providing detailed information and recommendations for action when necessary.
Collaborate closely with the orthodontic staff to share patient updates, treatment progress, and any necessary adjustments.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, including scan assessments, responses, and actions taken.
Identify and escalate urgent or complex patient issues to the appropriate channels within the company, following up to ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on the latest orthodontic practices, treatment techniques, and industry standards to provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients and orthodontic offices.
Collaborate with the team to enhance the monitoring process, improve workflows, and optimize patient experience.

Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically. Proficient in learning remote communication tools and software for effective patient interaction. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail to monitor patient results accurately. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and meeting established goals. Empathy and patience when dealing with patients, demonstrating the ability to address concerns and provide support. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
