Manage new product development projects by researching consumer markets, developing new product concepts and prototypes. Brainstorm ideas for new products or modifications/additions to an existing product Analyze and evaluate test results to make necessary adjustments to components, fixtures, processes and equipment prior to full production. Ensures stations are kept clean and organized Ensures that all equipment in the R&D space is properly handled and maintained Establishes and maintains effective employee relations Complies with KALO's Health, Safety and Hygiene Policy Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
