Mitigation Technician

We are hiring a Mitigation Technician.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally represent the Rainbow Restoration principles of honesty and integrity
• First responder for every emergency loss
• Establishes and records the scope of work to be accomplished
• Begin mitigation and clean up process
• Oversees Equipment Maintenance and expendables
• Communicates with Management & Customers
• Performs on-call rotation as needed
• Completes jobs successfully and obtains certificate of completion

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• IICRC certs are a plus but not required
• Construction experience is a plus
• Ability to participate in an on call schedule
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
• Knowledge of technology
• Customer Service Skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
• Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems
• Ability to create documents and estimates
• Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to complete work on multiple jobs within the same time frame
• Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
• Ability to represent the company culture through our Values, Vision, Mission
