No real estate experience required, just a knack for sales and a desire to find solutions for customers! As an Acquisitions Manager, you'll receive support, training, and the chance to develop a skill set for increased flexibility and independence. WHO WE WANT

Our Real Estate Acquisitions Manager must like problem-solving and negotiation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with risk-taking, independent, confident, firm and proactive. This person will need to take initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with homeowners and real estate agents to facilitate property purchases.
  • Skillfully negotiate purchase contracts, leveraging your exceptional negotiation abilities.
  • Focus on generating appointments and strategically following up on "Hot Leads."
  • Utilize provided leads (Warm/Hot) while identifying opportunities for self-generated sales.
  • Identify good and bad leads, demonstrating your analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Uncover homeowner motivation and build value through effective communication.
  • Seize opportunities by making compelling offers and locking up deals.
  • Actively participate in networking events to expand your professional connections.
  • Engage in out-of-office marketing and sales development activities.
  • Maintain a well-organized prospect database and analyze investment opportunities.
  • Provide daily reports of sales activities, consistently exceeding company quotas.
  • Research and assess market value comparables within your designated area.
  • Attend daily meetings to foster consistent feedback and connection.
  • Show initiative and be proactive, with a focus on teamwork and coachability.
  • Aim for 1 contract per week after the initial 90-day period.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of sales experience required, but no real estate license / experience necessary!
  • Proven track record of success in sales, demonstrating your ability to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Thrive in a team-driven environment while displaying a self-starter attitude.
  • Approachable and confident, showcasing strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to close deals.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Strong communication skills, enjoying engaging with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Effective relationship-building capabilities and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to personal and company growth.
  • A real estate license is advantageous but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM to effectively manage tasks and data.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, ethical conduct, and professionalism.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
