The role

As our Digital Content Executive, you'll be the mastermind behind all things content-related. From writing engaging blog posts, email newsletters or long form content to creating captivating social media content and eye-catching videos, you'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across all digital platforms while contributing to our growth objectives.

What you will do at B kun

• Content Delivery: Working closely with the rest of the marketing team, you will develop and align on important points of view to feed into the wider content strategy for our target personas. Scaling this across repeatable channels but also thinking outside the box to unlock new and engaging formats.
• Content Creation: You will take content from idea to execution based on use across multiple formats and channels and its purpose in the create demand media machine.
• Content Production: You will have a strong understanding of the messages we want to communicate and work closely with the marketing team, product team and customer support team to curate value led content that will ensure our audience stop scrolling and take notice!
• Campaign Activation: You ll input on key messaging plays and then bring our campaigns to life with content fit to wow our audience. You ll inject creativity into the process by exploring the most engaging ways to communicate our message.
• Sales Enablement Content Creation: You ll closely collaborate with the sales & accounts team to understand their needs and develop content pieces that support our efforts in converting leads to customers.
• Support Content Production: You ll create and maintain external & internal help content for our customers and for the wider customer facing teams across our brand providing them with the latest product information and updates.

The ideal candidate:

• You have a degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field (desirable, but not mandatory)
• A natural creator. You are curious by nature and thrive off coming up with fresh content ideas to cut through the noise.
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in digital content creation and management
• You will always be searching for the next best story and contributor or subject matter expert, to ensure we are staying ahead of key marketing trends and topics
• You have a strong understanding of social media, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
• You love a challenge and are a creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box
• You are collaborative and inclusive with excellent communication
• You enjoying taking initiative to identify blockers, improve processes and are not be afraid to challenge something just because It s something we ve always done
• You are passionate about travel and technology
