Salary Range: $58-68k, DOE
Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ Area
Work Schedule: Hybrid

The Account Manager will oversee accounts that span multiple industries, so must be agile and have the experience building client relationships from scratch. Campaigns will be digital heavy, so the Account Manager must have strong digital and strategic chops, in additional to a strong understanding of key traditional strategies. **Must be local to the Phoenix, AZ area as this will be a hybrid position must have flexibility to be on-site when needed for client meetings and team collaboration. **

Account Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with brands to understand business objectives, goals, and to drive overall digital marketing strategy. Experience working with prominent B2C and B2B brands.
  • Serve as consultative partner to clients in terms of marketing strategy and campaign execution build a deep understanding for client s business and goals. Provide high level strategy + hands-on tactical experience to execute digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Provide strategic insight to drive campaigns across digital media, content, lead generation, web development, paid social, etc. Must have previous experience with digital campaigns such as SEO/SEM, paid media/programmatic, websites, native and paid social, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal project management team to ensure proper scope of all projects and client budgets and deadlines are exceeding client expectations.
  • Regularly meet with internal team and clients to report on campaign performance, metrics, ROI, etc.
  • Lead discovery and brainstorm meetings with internal teams and partners stay up to date on all industry trends, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and resources for all key digital media tactics. Must be analytical and data-driven able to digest numbers and how they tell a story to make strategic recommendations, adjust campaigns for performance, etc.
  • Proactive account leader that is always thinking ahead and confident to bring new ideas forward, ability to get ahead of any problems or quickly resolve prior to escalation, etc.

Requirements

Account Manager Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency in an account service focused position.
  • B2B and B2C experience - developing strategies to meet those unique business objectives.
  • Experience providing strategic direction across a variety of digital and traditional campaigns paid media, paid social, lead generation, content, websites, creative, print and more!
  • Proven experience managing and growing client accounts/relationships serving as a consultative and strategic partner.
  • Experience working in advertising platforms is a plus (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Strong background in data and analytics ability to drive/adjust campaigns, make strategic recommendations, and translate any technical terms or data to internal teams and partners.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
