- Attend and coordinate kick off meetings / meetings for each PO, as required.
- Support CONTRACTOR Engineering disciplines in obtaining timely submission of engineering documentation.
- Support CONTRACTOR Engineering discipline in obtaining response to queries, clarifications, etc.
- Maintain regular communications by telephone, letters, and/or emails to ensure reliable information and prompt action by VENDORs to any directives through the CONTRACTOR.
- Monitor VENDORs progress through CONTRACTOR against the PO/PROJECT required delivery schedule and identify potential areas which are likely to affect delivery, overall safety and quality.
- Updates and review CONTRACTORs Expediting Report.
