MWR Supervisor

Assigns and delegates special jobs, tasks, projects, and assignments to subordinates. Uses a collaborative approach to promote open communication between team members; Regular team meeting is held to focus and engage employees.
Maintains and controls property assigned to functional areas. Uses knowledge of replacement life cycle and timelines to order/order required supplies and equipment. Ensures that supply inventories and consumption records are tracked and maintained.
Interfaces with designated government representatives and other contractor elements to ensure smooth operation and compliance with government directives, standards, and needs.
Develop standard operating procedures, internal operating procedures and training plans that support contractual requirements.
Develops, implements and enforces management control procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
