Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, providing expert advice on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Facilitate bookings for transportation and hotels, while efficiently managing payment collection and associated fees.
- Develop and implement effective promotional strategies, creating compelling promotional materials to market itinerary tour packages.
- Handle and resolve any issues, complaints, or refund requests that may arise during the travel process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the tourism industry by attending seminars and relevant training sessions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tour operators to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
Exceptional fluency in English; additional languages will be considered a valuable asset.
Proven sales skills and a keen understanding of commercial dynamics within the travel industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and suppliers.
Proficient in utilizing technology platforms and travel industry software to streamline operations.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must reside or be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico or Ireland.
