The Keller Group is proudly representing a top-notch client that we have a long-standing relationship with. In this role you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our esteemed clients investment funds. Youll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, adherence to regulatory requirements, and successful fund management.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of assigned investment funds, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports, providing insights into fund performance and maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Lead the funds Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation process, including reconciling portfolio holdings, valuations, and investor allocations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, auditors, and external service providers to facilitate smooth operations and address any accounting or regulatory issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating expertise in fund accounting matters and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide effective guidance and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of robust controls, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and accuracy of fund accounting operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in fund accounting, public accounting or related roles within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of fund accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of various investment vehicles and their unique accounting nuances.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex financial calculations accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA, Public Accounting, Fund Accounting
