• Architected, Designed and Developing Client MVP Dialogflow agent for Customer Support that reuses the TF architecture that should lead toward significant reduction of time-to develop/production (est. 50-70%)
  
• Advised Senior Management of use of Google Dialogflow and Google Cloud Platform services that led towards adoption of Google Dialogflow CX as a platform of choice.
  
• Developed two prototypes of Client agents using different version of Google Dialogflow ES and Google Dialogflow CX
  
• Designed and managed Client governance process for Google Dialogflow Agent development for Client including 5 different environments/agents (DEV, QA1, QA4, PROD, SHADOW PROD)
  
• Advised Product Management on Service Level Agreements of Google Dialogflow and related Google Cloud Platform Services
  
• Suggested use of alternative Chat-UI for agent in production to speed up live deployment that led towards 5-month earlier deployment of agent in production.
  
• Solely architected, designed, and developed all the Dialogflow agents.
