Email Marketing and Automation Specialist

Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of an Email Marketing and Automation Specialist to join our growing team.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will work with our team of digital marketing experts to help our clients reach their business goals by:

• Developing and executing email marketing and SMS strategies
• Designing email templates and graphics
• Optimizing email and SMS copy and subject lines
• Planning email and SMS calendars
• Analyzing email performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Building and sending emails for 12+ clients every month
• Setting up automated workflows in HubSpot and other platforms
• Assisting with HubSpot onboarding and implementation

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of email marketing and SMS best practices
• Past experience with multiple email marketing platforms and CRMs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, and others
• Proficient copywriting skills
• Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000+, depending on experience
