Job Overview

As Demand Generation Manager, you ll be accountable for developing and implementing inbound strategies to generate qualified pipeline and revenue for the company. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance. Whilst also working closely with our Customer Success team too.


As a key part of our team, you will also support the business through inbound marketing, brand management, and best-in-class content production, we ensure that we go to market efficiently and consistently.


The Demand Generation Manager is a newly created role in the team. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy; create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to persona's / audiences and our sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Campaign Management; working closely with our Marketing Content Manager, Sales Managers and Customer Success Managers you will help construct and bring to life marketing campaigns, and successfully create and roll out both highly-targeted and broader demand generation activities that engage and advance interest across the prospect lifecycle.
  • Messaging; Working closely with our Marketing Content Manager, you will support the SDR team in creating authentic conversations and touchpoints that move leads through the funnel, and help speed up sales velocity.
  • Conversion rate optimisation; Track and optimise performance at each stage in the funnel from Lead to Deal creation, and set up a predictable demand generation engine. Continually optimise processes and activities to ensure CAC is in line with ROI goals.
  • Stakeholder Management; collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across SciLeads.
  • Managing tools and processes; Continuously evaluate and optimise our tech-stack to ensure we are using the right tools for demand generation.
  • Experiment and optimise the different tactics we use in the team.
  • Reporting and analysis; analyse outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision-making and next steps.
  • Obsessively passionate about how to reduce and improve the prospect's buying experience when they engage with the SDR team in order to increase the velocity and quality of our overall engagement.


Knowledge And Experience Required

  • 2-3 years of Lead Management experience; understand lead scoring and enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle including MQLs and SQLs, and have knowledge of various platforms such as Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  • Experience in a demand generation role in the SaaS B2B software space.
  • Excellent understanding of how to analyse and optimise conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Demonstrable success in creating demand-generation programs and generating revenue.
  • Data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
  • Passion for analysis, learning, and adapting based on data
  • Solid communication skills, internally and externally
  • Familiar with working across the business and aligning with different stakeholders in a matrix structure.
