The SolarEdge Sales Elite Network in North America seeks to provide a collaborative and interactive support partnership between SolarEdge experts and the people on the front lines: Residential Sales Consultants. We do this through access to continuing education, selling resources, events, and contests for our sales partners. The National Strategic Education Manager will play an integral role in expanding SolarEdge s presence and brand awareness through the solar salesforce through strong strategic partnerships with our large-scale customers and utilizing creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop industry opportunities nationwide.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Development of targeted and ongoing training programs for our strategic national partners and sales originators.
  • Coordination of events calendar and execution of all large-scale events associated with strategic partners
  • Serves as primary point of contact for account-based marketing and training programs for national strategic partnerships.
  • Collaboration on initiatives with Influencers in renewable energy, including development of training programs, podcast participation, and conferences.
  • Delivers sales-focused trainings to audiences up to 1000+ participants using both in-person and online training platforms for facilitation.
  • Develops training curricula for live interactive training sessions and role play workshops that meet instructional goals and objectives.
  • Presents at large sales professional conferences for audiences of 500 or more attendees.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
  • Assists in data analysis of membership engagement and trends of Sales Elite Network.

Requirements :

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to focus on impacts at a broader scale big- picture strategic mindset
  • Ability to be resourceful and approach projects through new, creative ideation.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing customized training programs for sales audiences
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written, one-on-one and in group environments.
  • Experience in high level C-Suite conversations involving negotiation and strategic program planning.
  • Ability to apply success measurements to training programs and analyze the impact through defined KPIs.
  • Relatable, welcoming, positive and energetic personality that can manage both small and large audiences.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, Instructional Design
  • 2 years of experience developing and delivering training to audiences in both virtual and in-person training environments
  • 2 years sales experience, in-home solar sales experience preferred
  • 40% travel within North America required for the role


FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $90K - $110K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
