JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Business Development isa hybrid sales and account management position. They will beresponsible for the promotion, sales, and management of Fusion92 s Data & Analytics Division s overall products. This individual is expected to find new opportunities, work with other Fusion92 Divisions to provide Data and Analytic Division products and services to their existing clients/new clients and manage inbound referrals.

Additionally, this person is responsible for the business operations required to maintain the efficient and profitable operations of the Data & Analytic Divisions Products and Solutions through the effective completion of the tasks described in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section immediately below.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit office.

*While our offices are currently open, daily in-office attendance is not required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for effectively marketing the Data & Analytics Products and Solutions to the marketplaceusing appropriate sales materials that they may have a role in building.

Responsible forutilizing competitive and industry research skills inidentifying and securing clients interested in using the Data & Analytics Products and Solutionsand effecting the final sale of product to new prospects and current clients.

Responsible for facilitating new project development required by those wishing to use Data & Analytics Products and Solutions through interacting with key internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information required for the effective implementation and execution of said Solution.

Responsible for assisting in the creation and coordination of an effective launch execution planas well as creation and publication of launch execution instructionsfor new Data & Analytics Products and Solutions projects.

When required, responsible for creating, publishing, and updating production schedule for new Data & Analytics Products and Solutions projects awarded to company.

Responsible for project update/communication with both Data & Analytics Division client s and internal Fusion92 production personnel on programs being produced for client, by monitoring the internal business operations and providing input in the event issues arise.

Responsible for leading the client feedback process. Coordinates distribution of feedback and manages the analysis and subsequent Data & Analytics Products and Solutions sales and/or production enhancement processif and whenrequired.

Responsible for client satisfaction and Data & Analytics Products and Solutions profitability through, but not limited to, the effective completion of the tasks described above.

Responsible for providing ongoing updates to Fusion92 Management for services defined in this job description.

Maintains an intimate understanding of the Data & Analytics Products and Solutions, sales strategy, production workflow, and business and marketing strategy and utilizes that understanding to manage and enhance the Data & Analytics Products and Solutions as necessary for the purpose of generating Data & Analytics Products and Solutions that are both indispensable to our client and profitable for Fusion92.

Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that an accurate representation of the company is portrayed to all potential and current customers.

Completes special projects as assigned by Executive Management.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Requirements :

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Bachelor s degree.7-10 years of applicable experience with minimum of 5 years experience in Data Solution Sales

Organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through on tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to be proficient with company specific software systems.

This person is a team player who maintains technical competency and remains current in new technology and changes within the industry.

Must be willing to share information with other team members to assist in ad hoc training.

Must be willing to accept direction from Executive Management to improve quality and performance.

A commitment to excellent customer service.

Thebase salaryfor thisrolewithin our industry isprojected at or around $90,000.00, and full compensation package may include additional variable incentive structure(s). Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
