JOB SUMMARY:

TheClient Success Managerprovidesclient leadership forFusion92 s Data & Analytics Division, supporting and partnering closely with the Director, Business Development. This person should have digital advertising experience and is responsible for managing key account relationships, providing campaign strategy and support, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. TheClient Success Managershould be able to multi-task, problem solve, manage multiple timelines, work across functions on occasion, and can lead clients through planning and analysis. Daily tasks will include product and process training, client and internal project management, and strategic campaign guidance.

Additionally, this person is responsible for the business operations required to maintain the efficient and profitable operations of the Data & Analytic Divisions Products and Solutions throughthe effective completion of the tasks described in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section immediately below.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit office.

*While our offices are currently open, daily in-office attendance is not required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong and responsive working relationships with clients as well as partners, internal teams, etc.

Develop a deep understanding of Fusion92 products and possess a strong understanding of digitalmarketing

Lead effective presentations of Fusion92 products andprocesses

Partner with internal teams to identify ways to continually optimize campaigns to drive client retention and customersatisfaction

Facilitate opportunities for deeper collaboration and additional revenue withclients

Occasional travel asneeded

Requirements :

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

3 + years of client-facing experience inData Solutions & Analytics

Organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through on tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to be proficient with company specific software systems.

This person is a team player who maintains technical competency and remains current in new technology and changes within the industry.

Must be willing to share information with other team members to assist in ad hoc training.

Must be willing to accept direction from Executive Management to improve quality and performance.

A commitment to excellent customer service.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000.00to $80,000.00. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
