Miniso Store Supervisor Wanted!

We are seeking a dedicated Miniso Store Supervisor to join our team on a 24-hour contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations and providing excellent customer service. This is the perfect role for someone looking to step up from a sales assistant who wants to take on the extra responsibility.

Pay Rate: 10.97 per Hour

Contract: 16 Hours per week

Responsibilities:

- Supervising daily store operations and maintaining store standards
- Ensuring products are displayed attractively and in an organised manner
- Opening and closing the store
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
- Managing sales targets and monitoring inventory levels
- Ensuring staff adherence to company policies and procedures
- Conducting staff training and development

Requirements:

- Confidence and the ability to motivate other staff members
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Experience in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We are offering a competitive rate of 10.97 per hour for qualified candidates who can commit to a16-hour contract.
