Production Technician

Vision Systems is a global company, manufacturing products for aircraft interiors. We are looking for a Production Technician for VS North America, located in Melbourne FL

As a Production Technician you will assemble products for release to customer in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.

Full time 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, AFLAC, and PTO.

Aligns material and assembles parts to build more complex units using tools and machinery

Review samples, drawings, or work instructions to understand specification of output and ensure output is of the highest quality

Inspects parts with precision and measuring tools while following Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)

Complies with safety, security, and quality managements system requirements to ensure quality and timely customer delivery

Other related duties as assigned

Requirements :

Ability to read and analyze drawings

Ability to analyze and solve complex problem/issues

Mechanically inclined. Must be a able to use tools and machinery

Excellent hand eye coordination

Weight lift requirement 40 lbs

Advantage:

Higher degree from technical school

Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards

Aerospace or similar manufacturing background strongly desired

Good understanding of quality control principles
