- Provide confidential counselling services to staff and pupils, addressing various emotional, social, and mental health concerns.
- Develop personalised intervention plans and conduct assessments to support individuals in managing and overcoming their challenges.
- Design and implement comprehensive well-being programs and initiatives to cater to the needs of staff and pupils.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable seeking guidance and support.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate mental health and well-being practices into the school's policies, procedures, and curriculum.
