Business Development Specialist - B2B Sales (Recruiting Services)
Location: Remote (Central Florida region preferably.

Job Summary: As a Business Development Specialist focused on recruiting, your primary objective is to drive the growth and expansion of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the realm of talent acquisition and recruitment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's clientele base. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and an in-depth understanding of the recruiting industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Prospect and Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and businesses that may benefit from the recruitment services offered by the company.

  2. Sales and Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's recruitment services in the target market. This involves conducting sales pitches, presentations, and negotiations to win new contracts.

  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  4. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

  5. Collaborate with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the internal recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful fulfillment of job openings.

  6. Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive recruitment proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.

  7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  8. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

  9. Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant gatherings to build connections and promote the company's services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment or talent acquisition industry.

  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing strategies, and hiring practices.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  5. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and potential opportunities.

  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.

  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
