Production Planner

Storm Guard of Madison is a rapidly growing company who is quickly becoming an industry leader. For over fifteen years, Storm Guard Roofing and Construction has specialized in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, painting and more.

We are looking for a Production Planner who is customer service driven, organized, high energy, and team-oriented to join our company to help oversee our projects.

Storm Guard Roofing and Construction is all about serving our three families:

Compensation Package:

• Earn up to $50-55k (Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Plan and maintain production schedule
• Track material orders
• Show strong priority and time management behaviors
• Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
• Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
• Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
• Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues

Qualifications:

• Construction experience preferred
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate software based platforms.
• Clean background check
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
